Its open-plan living space and stunning views out to sea makes it the perfect getaway to St Ives. Two-bedroomed apartment Kerenza has everything you need for a wonderful self-catering holiday in St Ives – including your own lovely, private garden.
The master bedroom has a luxurious Hypnos kingsize bed, and the second bedroom has twin beds that can convert into a superking. There’s also space for a cot – please let us know if you need one.
The kitchen area and master bedroom have views across the fields to the sea, and the floor-length window in the living room has a stunning view of Knill’s Monument and the Atlantic.
The open-plan living room has a 43” Samsung Smart TV and comfy sofas for cosy evenings in. Pick up some delicious local produce, and have fun preparing it in your well-equipped kitchen.
Unwind in the freestanding bath with a (Cornish) gin and tonic, while the Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom streams your favourite music. Bliss.

The bedrooms feature high quality Hypnos mattresses, hypo-allergenic pillow and duvets, hanging space with hangers and a hairdryer

Kerenza is available for weekly holidays throughout the year, with short breaks available (3 and 4 nights) during low season.

We welcome up to two dogs per property (at £35 per dog, per week), and include some home comforts for them too. You can also make use of the dog friendly facilities on your doorstep in the touring park, and look forward to exploring the wider areas dog friendly attractions, restaurants and beaches.
Dog exercise field*
Let your dogs off the lead in this lovely big space to allow them to run around freely. More energetic pooches can take advantage of the agility course in this space
Dog wash
There is a warm water dog shower installed at the Morvah toilet block on the touring park, with shampoo provided to wash off any mud or sand from adventurous days out

You’ll find multiple waste bins, with refuse bags, across the site
Bus service to St Ives
Dogs can ride the private bus with you, that operates from the site, to and from St Ives
The Stable Bar and Restaurant
The restaurant and patio area are dog friendly when eating and drinking with us
On site shop
Purchase essentials from the on site shop, including food and waste bags. You’ll also find some treats for them too, including doggy ice cream
Please note:
Dogs aren’t allowed into the pool area, children’s play areas or Reception and the shop, but can be tethered close by.
*These facilities are available to guests all year round. For low season bookings, a hose is located at Reception to wash your pooches dirty paws.
We ask that you don’t leave your dog(s) alone in the accommodation – this includes in cages. There are local dog walkers, day centers and kennels we can recommend, should you want to plan a trip out without your pet.
There should be no barriers to a wonderful holiday. At Polmanter, we’re always working towards making our self catering accommodation welcoming and accessible for all our guests.

Freestanding bath and shower, which do not have rails. A shower stool can be provided on request. April to October, apartment guests can use the wet room in the amenity block opposite the apartment for showering, if required.

Situated in the heart of the site, Senara is a sophisticated cottage with 3 bedrooms accommodating up to 6 people (plus an infant in a cot) and boasts two bathrooms.
