Christmas and New Year in St Ives is really magical.

Our beautiful self catering properties, including our hot tub cottages, are available to enjoy in the run up to Christmas, the big day itself and New Year.
As we’re not located in the centre of St Ives, our accommodation allows you to hunker down in your own private space, with the option to visit the town and nearby beaches when you wish. There is also plenty of outdoor space for you to use just outside your front door, including the touring park’s playgrounds, tennis courts and dog exercise field for the four-legged family members.

Welcome the New Year in style with a full week by the Cornish coast. Whether you’re celebrating with loved ones or enjoying a peaceful escape, our spacious cottages and apartments offer the perfect setting. A 7 night stay ensures you can truly unwind after the festivities – but if you’re looking for a shorter break, we’re happy to chat through the options.
Senara and Morwenna cottages are perfect for large families to enjoy at this special time of year. These stylish, spacious properties sleep up to 6 guests and have private gardens with a hot tub*, so you can spend your evenings soaking under the winter sky with wine in hand! (*Additional charge for hot tubs)
Senara is located in the heart of the site with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. For cosy nights in, it features an electric glass fireplace in the open plan living room. Morwenna is a two-storey cottage with two en-suite bedrooms and day beds available upon request.
All our self catering accommodation has many homely features and additional modern technology to enhance your stay, so you won’t have to leave your accommodation if you don’t want to.
Family mealtimes, movie nights and board game bonanza – the open plan living and dining rooms make it the perfect space to spend quality time together.
All bedrooms have Smart TVs fitted, so you can watch Netflix from the comfort of your bed – ideal for lazy mornings all snuggled up.
Christmas and New Year holidays just wouldn’t be the same without your four-legged family member. Each property is dog friendly, accepting up to 2 dogs per property, and now they stay for FREE* during the festive season! (*Discount applied automatically)
They can make use of the dog exercise field on site, which features an agility course, as well as the many walks nearby. Or jump in the car and enjoy the relaxed dog restrictions on our Cornish beaches throughout winter. There really is nothing better than seeing your dog bounding across an empty beach and playing in amongst the waves.
If you want to venture out into St Ives, there really is a magical feeling around Christmas and New Year. You can walk from your cottage or apartment into town (1 mile, approx. 25 minutes) and meander through the cobbled streets lit up by Christmas lights from the end of October.

Parkeren + EVOnze appartementen zijn prachtig ingericht en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Beide zijn geschikt voor vier personen (plus een kinderbedje als je met een kleintje reist) en honden zijn ook van harte welkom. De appartementen hebben heerlijke eethoeken en eigen parkeerplaatsen met EV-oplaadmogelijkheden.
Het tweekamerappartement Kerenza biedt een luxe verblijf voor maximaal 4 personen (plus een baby in een kinderbedje) in twee supercomfortabele slaapkamers. De inrichting is licht, luchtig en modern en weerspiegelt het verreikende uitzicht op zee en het platteland vanuit het appartement. Vooral het raam in de woonkamer is erg mooi.
Het stijlvolle zusterappartement van Kerenza, Demelza, biedt ook slaapruimte voor vier gasten (plus ruimte voor een kinderbedje). Er is uitzicht op zee vanuit de grote slaapkamer en de moderne open keuken. Geniet van een luie lunch op de patio en knus 's avonds op de comfortabele banken. Demelza is ontworpen met toegankelijkheid in het achterhoofd, inclusief een luxe aangepaste badkamer.

HottubAls je wat meer ruimte nodig hebt, bieden onze twee prachtige vakantiehuizen in Polmanter elk plaats aan zes gasten. Faciliteiten zoals een bubbelbad, aangelegde tuinen en EV-opladen zorgen ervoor dat het leven gemakkelijk is, en beide cottages zijn geschikt voor jonge gezinnen en honden.
Ons nieuwste luxe vakantiehuis ligt in het centrum van Polmanter, maar heeft toch een afgelegen gevoel dankzij de privébuitenruimtes. Slank en stijlvol, Senera heeft een grote open woonkamer en biedt slaapruimte voor zes personen in uitzonderlijk comfort. Geniet van een ontspannen avond rond de eettafel binnen of buiten, of geniet van je drukke dag in de hot tub in de tuin.
Morwenna is een prachtige, gezellige cottage met twee verdiepingen en een prachtig landelijk uitzicht, dicht bij de ingang van het vakantiepark. We houden van de aangelegde tuin hier, de perfecte plek voor een al fresco maaltijd of een ontspannen avond in het bubbelbad. Binnen heeft de cottage dezelfde schone, moderne uitstraling als onze andere self-catering accommodaties en biedt comfortabel plaats aan zes gasten.
