How far are the properties from the main park facilities?

Self-catering properties Senara, Kerenza and Demelza are conveniently located on site, adjacent to the main park facilities including the shop, swimming pool and restaurant, Morwenna cottage is situated near the entrance to the site, less 200-250m walk to these facilities.

Can I choose a specific pitch?

Yes, you can. Have a look at our website and contact us to reserve it – although of course, it depends on that pitch’s availability. We’ll always try to make sure you get your perfect pitch, or one very like it – please help us out by booking well in advance. If you’ve stayed with us before and want the same pitch, don’t worry if you can’t remember which exact one it was. Simply contact us and we can help, as we have booking records going back several years. If you have a particular request, such as a specific pitch, but without electricity, water or drainage; or you’d like different types of pitches close to each other (you may prefer unserviced grass, while your companions want a hardstanding pitch, for example), again please get in touch, and we’ll try to find you pitches as close to each other as possible.

When can I book for 2026?

Bookings for 2025 will open at 9am on Wednesday the 3rd of July at 9am. You can book online, by phone or in person. We will answer calls as quickly as possible, but the lines do get very busy, and we recommend booking online as the quickest and clearest way to check availability and secure your pitch for peak periods.

Do the properties have private outdoor spaces or views?

Each property has its own outdoor space, ranging from a small patio area, through to a larger garden with hot tub and barbecue area. See individual property descriptions or contact us for more details.

Is there parking available for self-catering guests?

Are the kitchens fully equipped for cooking?

Yes, all kitchens are fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, microwave, and essential cookware. Please chat to us if you have specific requirements.

Is linen and bedding provided in the accommodations?

Yes, we provide linen, bedding and towels.

What amenities are included in the self-catering accommodation?

Each property includes a fully equipped kitchens, cosy living areas, modern bathrooms, luxurious Hypnos mattresses, smart TVs, laundry facilities, and free Wi-Fi.

Are the self-catering properties dog-friendly?

Yes, we currently accept up to 2 dogs in each of our 4 self-catering properties. An extra charge per dog applies.

How many people can your properties accommodate?

Our properties can accommodate between 2 and 6 guests, depending on the size and type of accommodation.

From April to October, it’s a much-loved spot for holiday guests and locals alike – whether for relaxed drinks, family-friendly dining, or a classic Sunday roast.
Out of season, it transforms into the heart of weddings, private events, and festive celebrations.

Dine and unwind

Great food and drink is one of the real joys of a holiday – and The Stable Bar is the perfect place to enjoy both. From April to October, we have regular opening hours, with extended daily service from 9am during peak season. Whether you’re after a hearty breakfast, a light lunch, or a relaxed dinner with family and friends, you’ll find something to suit every appetite.

There’s indoor bar and restaurant seating, plus a spacious outdoor patio – ideal for soaking up the sunshine.

The Stable Bar also plays host to our popular evening entertainment, including quiz nights, bingo, and live music. A perfect way to round off your day at Polmanter.

Sunday roasts

Sunday roasts is one of our most-loved traditions here at Polmanter – served from mid-March to the end of June, and again from mid-September through to the end of October (with a little summer break during the peak holiday weeks).

Join us for lunch or dinner and enjoy generous portions, seasonal ingredients, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Alongside our roasts, you’ll find a selection of classic favourites for those who fancy something different, plus a dedicated kids’ menu.

And for our youngest diners, there’s an added bonus – free access to our indoor soft play, perfect for letting off some steam while the grown-ups relax.

Festive celebrations

The Stable Bar fills with festive cheer in the run-up to Christmas — a cosy, welcoming space that’s perfect for seasonal celebrations with friends, family, or colleagues.

Our Christmas party nights bring the sparkle, with a casino-themed evening, a three-course festive meal, and a DJ to keep the dancefloor buzzing. Hosting a larger group? You can also hire the venue for a private Christmas party — ideal for your own festive gathering in a beautifully decorated space.

And new for this year, we’re excited to launch our first Christmas Market in partnership with Cornish Coast Events. Expect local makers, seasonal treats, and Santa & Soft Play – a magical grotto experience where little ones can meet Santa and enjoy a session in our indoor soft play.

Play and party

Our indoor soft play is a big hit with little ones – and a lifesaver for grown-ups, especially on rainy days! Open daily throughout the season, it’s free for Polmanter holiday guests and available from morning to night, making it the perfect pit stop for letting off steam between adventures.

We also love welcoming local families to enjoy the space outside of school holidays. Just pop into reception to sign in — there’s a £5 charge per child, which is fully redeemable against food when The Stable Bar is open.
