It helps us to hear your thoughts early – especially if it’s something we can address and improve on right away. When you’re staying on site, our reception team are on hand throughout the day, in person, by phone (01736 795640) and email on reception@polmanter.com. During the evening and overnight our wardens take over.

Ideas and suggestions on more long-term improvements can be shared with staff while you’re on site, or emailed to reception@polmanter.com

Previous requests we’ve acted on have included;

We’ve not stopped this winter either! Our biggest winter project was replacement of the Stable Bar conservatory, with an oak-framed restaurant space, which remains open to guests with dogs, and provides better temperature control, less dazzling on a sunny day or noisy on a wet one, and includes bigger and better projection and audio for entertainment, but we’ve also added extra overflow parking behind reception and added new gates to the dog exercise field.
