Polmanter Touring Park – Enhanced Customer Relationship Management

As a family business for over 50 years, people are at the heart of everything we do. Here at Polmanter Touring Park, we welcome back new and returning customers year on year, so customer service and experience is key to our success.

 

Having started from a pen and paper diary in the 1950s to now, a booking system that processes hundreds of bookings a year, it’s important that we continue to move forward with the technology available to us to ensure our business continues to thrive.
With the help of the Digital Transformation Grant, we’ve been able to develop our booking system to deliver more detailed analysis of our customers in the form of a dashboard showing key metrics and customer data segmentation to inform business development and investment opportunities. As part of the grant, we’ve also set up an automated link with our email marketing platform, to introduce a targeted and effective email marketing strategy to increase bookings in the shoulder seasons.
It is part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund.
